1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignalFlow™ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including companies activating revenue capacity.

2. Description of Services

SignalFlow™ provides Autonomous Revenue Infrastructure™ — AI-powered revenue activation, autonomous outreach, lead activation, and AI sales infrastructure. Services are delivered through connected integrations with your existing stack (CRM, payment tools, calendars, and related software).

3. Account and Payment

You must provide accurate information when activating revenue capacity. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected plan rate. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SignalFlow™ in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, and other outreach regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of autonomous outreach and lead activation complies with applicable law. SignalFlow™ is not liable for your regulatory compliance.

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

SignalFlow™ connects to third-party services including Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Calendly, Slack, Shopify, and GoHighLevel. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

6. Intellectual Property

SignalFlow™ and Autonomous Revenue Infrastructure™ are trademarks of SignalFlow. All platform software, designs, and systems are proprietary. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use our services during your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalFlow™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

Revenue results vary. SignalFlow™ does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to revenue activation infrastructure ceases at the end of your billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP violations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of SignalFlow™ after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
